1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Doomhole ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App is

Doomhole is a digital-wellbeing tool. You select apps to monitor; while a selected app is in the foreground and you scroll it, the App grows an animated black-hole overlay as a visual deterrent. The entire wellbeing function is free.

Doomhole is not a medical device and is not a treatment for any condition. See the Safety & Wellbeing page.

3. In-app purchase

"Doomhole Pro" is a single, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks cosmetic and power-user flair only (additional black-hole presets, manual tuning, ultra render quality, and the experimental screen-warp effect). It does not change or gate the wellbeing function.

  • There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.
  • Purchases are processed by Google Play; pricing is shown in your local currency by Google Play.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play under its standard refund policy.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the App lawfully and for personal use, and not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent the purchase. You are responsible for which apps you choose to monitor.

5. Accessibility service

The App uses Android's Accessibility Service for a non-accessibility, digital-wellbeing purpose, strictly as described in Accessibility & Permissions. You enable it explicitly and can disable it at any time in system settings.

6. "As is"; limitation of liability

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FortyTwo Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Availability and changes

The App's core features work offline. We may modify or discontinue the App, and may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FortyTwo Apps operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
